2. Services

iSPACE 2 provides creative workspace services including but not limited to:

• Professional podcast recording studio (PodcastKonnect)
• Event hall and venue rental
• Photography and videography services
• Creative classes and workshops

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Cancellation policies vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat our facilities and equipment with respect
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
• Respect other users and staff members

7. Liability

iSPACE 2 is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while using our facilities. Users are responsible for their own belongings and equipment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created using iSPACE 2 facilities remains the property of the creator. However, we reserve the right to use photos and videos of our facilities for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Changes to Terms

iSPACE 2 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
